On April 15, 2026—the 11th National Security Education Day—under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches on cybersecurity and to promote high-quality development of Hunan’s information and communications industry, the academic seminar “Strengthening the Cybersecurity Foundation to Safeguard the New Journey of the 15th Five-Year Plan” was successfully held in Changsha. The event was organized by the Hunan Provincial Communications Society and co-organized by China Telecom Services Innovation & Development Co., Ltd.’s Cybersecurity Professional Committee.
