Dayao Information Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Dayao Technology") was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Xiangjiang New Area, Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in Software-Defined Radio (SDR) and electromagnetic signal processing, recognized as a Hunan Provincial “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” SME and a Changsha Municipal Enterprise Technology Center. The company maintains branch offices in Beijing, Wuhan, Chengdu, and Xi’an, holds complete research-and-production qualifications, and employs core technical staff who graduated from the National University of Defense Technology.

Guided by its mission to “serve national defense and serve education,” Dayao Technology strives to become a leading domestic provider of independently controllable electromagnetic signal processing platforms and solutions. Technical System

Algorithm Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design algorithms according to user requirements;

2. Implement algorithms based on Software-Defined Radio (SDR) architecture;

3. Prepare and execute project conceptual design, detailed design, and development plans; perform system development testing, deployment, and integration;

4. Resolve technical issues arising during development; participate in code maintenance and backup.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s preferred); outstanding fresh graduates are welcome;

2. Proficient in communication algorithm principles and MATLAB software;

3. Familiar with Python programming language;

4. Familiar with Linux operating system;

5. Experience with GNU Radio is highly desirable;

6. Solid understanding of fundamental wireless communication principles and related knowledge.

FPGA Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently undertake FPGA functional software design and development work per overall project specifications;

2. Develop interface programs between FPGA and host systems as well as RF sections, including RF chips such as AD9361 and ADRV9009, and FPGA chips such as ZYNQ series;

3. Conduct module-level integration testing, support product integration testing, and complete software documentation;

4. Collaborate with hardware engineers to verify schematic feasibility;

5. Collaborate with driver engineers to complete software integration.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Information Engineering, Communications, or related fields;

2. Proficient in FPGA development environments such as Vivado; experienced in VHDL or Verilog-based FPGA development;

3. Familiar with SDR wireless communication technologies and radar signal processing theory; proficient in MATLAB and C programming;

4. Capable of using computer-aided design tools such as Cadence (schematic capture and PCB layout);

5. Possess basic fault-diagnosis capability and ability to independently troubleshoot electronic circuit failures.

Embedded Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in company product development, completing embedded software design, coding implementation, and routine maintenance;

2. Participate in hardware development debugging and software troubleshooting;

3. Provide technical support for products, supply technical descriptions and other documentation to the Marketing Department, and assist in developing training materials and conducting user training;

4. Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI), resolving R&D-related technical issues during testing and manufacturing;

5. Author technical documents including requirement analysis, conceptual design, and detailed design specifications.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related disciplines; minimum 3 years of relevant experience;

2. Expertise in C/C++ programming; familiarity with Python; strong coding habits and adherence to coding standards;

3. Proficient in compilation tools such as gcc/g++; skilled in writing CMake or Makefile scripts;

4. Familiarity with Linux OS and system programming; experience in Linux device driver development;

5. Familiarity with version control systems such as CVS, SVN, or Git;

6. Understanding of basic circuit schematics;

7. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills; excellent team spirit;

8. Strong technical documentation skills, capable of producing standardized conceptual and detailed design documents;

9. Python programming experience is a plus;

10. Prior experience with USRP and GNU Radio SDR development is highly desirable.

Senior C++ Developer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform design and development tasks for products/projects;

2. Develop and port drivers under Linux operating system;

3. Develop, maintain, and optimize application features and performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher;

2. Minimum 5 years of C/C++ and Qt programming experience; solid grasp of common algorithms and data structures; strong coding ability; capable of independent development;

3. Familiarity with socket programming, server-side communication technologies, database storage technologies, and associated solutions;

4. Proficient in Qt UI development (QWidget/QML); experienced in graphical application development using Qt5; familiar with QtLocation controls for map applications;

5. Familiar with Linux OS; hands-on experience in Linux driver and application development;

6. Team-oriented mindset; strong passion for technology; self-motivated learner with excellent communication skills;

7. Prior experience developing products based on Zynq or Phytium series chips is preferred;

Quality Management Department Manager / Quality Systems Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the review and optimization of quality management system processes; maintain the quality management system and supervise departmental compliance;

2. Track and plan continuous improvement initiatives for both system and product quality; guide departments in drafting/revising system documents; plan and implement quality improvement programs;

3. Formulate annual quality system work plans; organize departments to establish quality objectives; monitor and evaluate implementation effectiveness;

4. Manage document control; archive, distribute, and control changes to quality system documents and R&D technical documents;

5. Participate in defining and evaluating new product inspection methods; manage incoming material, in-process, and final product inspections; maintain related records and conduct statistical analysis;

6. Manage metrology equipment, quality information, and nonconforming product disposition; organize nonconformance reviews;

7. Draft internal audit and management review implementation plans; conduct internal audits; support management-led management reviews; prepare internal audit and management review reports; issue corrective action plans and verify effectiveness;

8. Prepare for external military qualification audits, coordinate activities, and serve as liaison;

9. Oversee confidentiality office operations and supervise daily confidentiality management;

10. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

1. Associate degree or higher; minimum 5 years of experience in the defense electronics industry;

2. Familiarity with GJB9001C national military standard quality system;

3. Prior experience in production, testing, process engineering, project management, or quality management is highly desirable.

Industry Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor market dynamics in the defense or higher education sectors; proactively develop markets and customers per company sales plans and targets to achieve sales goals;

2. Manage full project sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, project tracking, bid participation, negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection;

3. Establish and maintain customer relationships; collect customer information and uncover needs; integrate company resources to facilitate communication between project teams and customers; coordinate resolution of issues arising during project development, production, and delivery;

4. Participate in market research; gather customer requirements, application scenarios, and product improvement suggestions; submit constructive recommendations to the company;

5. Complete assigned responsibilities and other tasks delegated by leadership.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher (Telecommunications or Electronics preferred); exceptional candidates may be considered with relaxed academic requirements;

2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in electronics/telecom or system integration domains; preference given to candidates with experience in training, electronics/telecom fields, higher education sector, or defense enterprises/military units;

3. Excellent communication skills and professional ethics; strict adherence to defense industry confidentiality and discipline requirements; strong teamwork orientation and stress resilience; willingness and ability to travel frequently.
